• Default engraving placement: bottom corner of the cutting board or center of coaster set (based on design).

• Maximum: 25 characters per line.

• Include any special requests (font style, location, etc.) and we’ll confirm before engraving.

• If getting both board and coasters engraved, in personalization request please instruct: Example: Board: Smith Family, Coasters: Faithful Woodworks. 

• Leave blank if you’d prefer no engraving.

Every Faithful Woodworks piece is made with care; designed, cut, and finished by hand right here in our Tri-Cities shop. Because each item is custom made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If something isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

• Natural variations in wood grain, color, and engraving depth make every piece one-of-a-kind.

• Custom designs that were approved before engraving can’t be refunded or exchanged.

• Refunds or replacements are offered only when the product is damaged or incorrect.
