Shipping Policy

At Faithful Woodworks, every piece is handcrafted and carefully prepared before shipment. Because our collections include boutique goods, heirloom gallery art, and large-scale commissions, shipping policies vary by category. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Times

All items are handmade in small batches or made-to-order.

Estimated processing times:

• Boutique Shop Items: 3–10 business days
• Gallery Heirloom Art (8”–24”): 5–14 business days
• Large-Scale Art (36”+): 2–6 weeks
• 48” Cathedral Commissions: Timeline provided at time of custom quote

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Boutique Shop Shipping

Boutique items (such as cutting boards, small wood goods, and gift items) are shipped using size- and weight-based calculated rates at checkout.

Shipping costs are determined by carrier rates and destination.

Gallery Heirloom Art Shipping

Select heirloom art sizes include free standard shipping within the United States:

• 8” Devotional
• 12” Classic
• 18” Statement

These pieces are packaged securely and shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

24” and Larger

Pieces 24” and above may require additional shipping charges due to size, weight, and packaging requirements.

Shipping costs for larger pieces will be calculated at checkout or quoted separately.

Oversized & Freight Shipments (36”–48”)

Large-scale heirloom pieces may require:

• Custom protective packaging or crating
• Freight carrier delivery
• Scheduled delivery appointments
• Signature upon delivery

Freight shipments will be quoted separately and confirmed prior to shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate access for delivery.

Local Delivery (Tri-Cities, Washington)

We offer local delivery within the Tri-Cities area for a flat fee of $5.

Delivery availability and scheduling are subject to confirmation.

Local delivery does not apply to freight-sized commissions unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• Freight carriers (for oversized pieces)

Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Faithful Woodworks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or acts of nature once the item has left our possession.

Shipping Damage

All pieces are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

If your item arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging
• Retain all original packaging materials

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or repair.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Faithful Woodworks is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect addresses.

 

Rental Delivery

Delivery and pickup of rental items are governed separately under our Rental Agreement and Terms & Conditions.
