How many tables do I need?


Quick rule of thumb: Guest count ÷ 10 = number of 10ft tables (Don't forget to add our 8ft tables for desserts, gifts, & entry)

À La Carte Delivery

  • Full-service delivery, assembly, and pickup for à la carte orders:

  • 1–6 tables: $325

  • 7–12 tables: $375

  • 13–20 tables: $425

  • Mileage beyond 20 miles: $4 per mile
    Challenging access may require a small additional fee.

These apply to both package and à la carte bookings:

  • Standard rental period is 3 days

  • Additional mileage: $4 per mile beyond 20 miles

  • Access such as stairs, steep paths, gravel, or long walking distances may require a small added fee

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date

  • Orders under $300 may be subject to shorter rental terms

  • Remaining balance is due 21 days before delivery

How to Book

  • Submit Your Rental Inquiry Form-Share your date, location, and selections so we can confirm availability.

  • Receive Your Personalized Quote-We’ll send a formal estimate and answer any questions.

  • Reserve Your Date-A 50% deposit secures your rentals. Final balance is due 21 days before delivery.
