1. General Use

Faithful Woodworks reserves the right to update pricing, product availability, policies, and website content at any time without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability.

2. Product Sales (Boutique & Gallery Pieces)

Handmade Nature

All products are handcrafted from natural wood. Variations in grain, tone, texture, and color are normal and are not considered defects.

Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

Payment

Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products:

• All sales are final.

• Returns are not accepted unless damage occurs during transit.

• Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of any shipping damage.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

3. Custom Orders & Commissions

Custom work includes but is not limited to:

• Made-to-order furniture

• Engraved or personalized pieces

• Large-scale art (including 36” and 48” commissions)

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.

Final Payment

Remaining balance is due prior to delivery or shipment.

Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on scale and material availability. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.

Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all mockups, dimensions, and specifications before approval. Once production begins, changes may incur additional charges.

Deposits are non-refundable due to material allocation and labor commitment.

4. Rentals

Booking

A signed rental agreement and payment are required to reserve your date.

Condition & Responsibility

Rented items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Customers are responsible for:

• Damage

• Theft

• Loss

• Misuse

Damaged or missing items will be charged at full replacement value.

Usage Restrictions

Standing, climbing, excessive stacking, or structural modification of rental items is strictly prohibited.

Access Requirements

Customers must disclose:

• Stairs

• Narrow access points

• Uneven terrain

• Gated entries

• Restricted loading zones

Failure to disclose may result in additional fees.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery (Local)

Delivery and setup fees are based on distance, order size, and complexity.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather

• Traffic

• Acts of nature

• Venue restrictions

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Faithful Woodworks is not responsible for carrier delays once an item has left our possession.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Large-Scale & Cathedral Commissions (36”–48”)

Oversized heirloom pieces may require:

• Custom crating

• Freight shipping

• Extended production timelines

All 48” commissions are custom quoted and subject to separate written agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Faithful Woodworks is not liable for:

• Injuries caused by misuse of products

• Improper installation

• Environmental damage after delivery

• Indirect or consequential damages

All products must be used as intended.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product renderings, text, branding, and artwork are the exclusive property of Faithful Woodworks.

Reproduction, resale, distribution, or duplication without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
