Our Commitment

Effective Date: 11/06/2024

By using our website, booking event rentals, or placing a custom order with Faithful Woodworks, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rentals

• A signed rental agreement and payment are required to secure your date.

• Rented items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.

• Damaged or missing items will be charged at full replacement value.

• Customers are responsible for providing a safe, accessible delivery location.

• We do not allow standing, climbing, or heavy stacking on our tables or benches.

2. Custom Orders

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.

• Final balance is due at or before delivery/pickup.

• We provide stain samples and will work to match your request, but exact color variations may occur due to natural wood grain.

• Lead times may vary; delays due to weather or supply availability will be communicated.

3. Delivery & Setup

• Delivery is available for an additional fee, based on distance and size of the order.

• We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or acts of nature.

• Customers must disclose any difficult access points (stairs, gates, narrow driveways, etc.) in advance.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• For rentals: cancellations made less than 30 days before your event may not be eligible for a refund.

• For custom orders: deposits are non-refundable due to material and labor costs.

5. Liability

Faithful Woodworks is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur due to misuse of our furniture or rental items. Customers agree to use all products as intended.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photos, designs, and text — is the property of Faithful Woodworks and may not be copied or used without written permission.
