At Faithful Woodworks, every piece is handcrafted from natural materials and made in small batches or made-to-order. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, our return policy is outlined below.
Please review carefully before placing your order.

General Policy
All sales are considered final unless damage occurs during transit.
Because our products are handcrafted from natural wood, variations in grain, tone, and character are normal and are not considered defects.

Boutique Shop Items
Boutique items (cutting boards, small goods, and gift items) are final sale.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to:
• Change of mind
• Natural wood variation
• Minor character differences
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please follow the Shipping Damage section below.

Gallery Heirloom Art
Heirloom art pieces (including 8”, 12”, 18”, 24”, and larger works) are final sale.
These pieces are handcrafted devotional art and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom Orders & Commissions
Custom work includes:
• Personalized items
• Made-to-order furniture
• 36” and 48” Cathedral commissions
• Any item modified to customer specifications
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
Deposits are non-refundable due to material allocation and labor commitment.
Once production has started, orders may not be canceled.
Completed custom pieces are final sale.

Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging
• Retain all original packaging materials
Once damage is verified, we may:
• Repair the piece
• Replace the piece (if available)
• Issue a refund at our discretion
Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Rental Cancellations
Rental cancellations are governed by your signed rental agreement.
Deposits for rentals may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.
Please refer to your rental contract for specific cancellation terms.

Incorrect Orders
If an error was made by Faithful Woodworks (incorrect item shipped), please contact us within 7 days and we will correct the issue.

Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:
• Natural wood variation
• Minor surface character
• Improper installation
• Environmental damage after delivery
• Wear due to misuse
