FAQ'S

How far in advance should I book my order? The ideal timing for your booking depends on the date of your event. Our busiest months are from October to November and January to May. For events during these periods, we recommend booking 8 to 12 months in advance, as waiting until 6 months prior may limit your options. However, for events in December or between June and September, booking within 6 months is typically sufficient to secure the items you desire.

How long will I have my rentals on the day of my event? Our standard rental period is 24 hours. For example, if you book rental items for a wedding on a Friday, they will be available from 9 AM on Friday morning until 9 AM on Saturday morning. Additional rental days may be arranged based on availability, with applicable fees. In some cases, we may adjust the standard rental period depending on our schedule. What is required to reserve my rentals? To secure your rental items, a signed rental contract is required upon acceptance of the quote, along with a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

Are Delivery Fees Included in the Rental Price? Rental prices cover the cost of the item for a 24-hour period. Delivery fees are not included in the rental price and will be quoted based on your event's location. To provide an accurate delivery quote, we’ll need to know the city or venue, whether your venue requires same-day delivery or a night pickup, and any details regarding parking, accessibility to setup areas, and potential challenges such as hills or steps.

Is There a Minimum Order Requirement? We require a minimum order of $300 to ensure we can deliver the best service and highest quality products for your special day. This minimum helps cover logistics, delivery, and setup costs, ensuring a seamless event experience. However, we understand that some events may require a smaller selection. If your order doesn’t meet the minimum, you can opt to pick up your items directly from our warehouse, though please note that not all items are available for self-pickup.

When will you deliver and pick up my rental items? We will confirm via email your delivery and pick up windows two weeks before your event date. Our standard delivery is a morning-of, two hour arrival window, excluding Sundays. If our schedule and availability allows for it, we will deliver your order the day-before at no extra cost. However, if you want to guarantee a day-before delivery at the time you book your order, you will have to pay an extra partial day’s rental rate. Our standard pick up is a day-after, eight hour arrival window, excluding Sundays. If your event requires a same-night pick up, and you need us to begin pick up after 10:30pm, an After Hours Pick Up fee will be added to your order. Sometimes, our schedule will require us to pick up your order the same night. In that case, you will not be charged with any extra fee.

Introducing our classic 6-foot farm tables, perfect for creating an intimate atmosphere as a sweetheart table, dessert station, or gift table. These tables maintain the same color, stain, design, height, and width as our standard 8-foot tables, but with a more compact length.
